The work carried out on this short block engine includes the renewal of all wear parts and screws, as well as the machining of all sealing and running surfaces. All components are ultrasonically cleaned and thus completely residue-free. A list of the inspection and repair work carried out can be found in the Overhaul Scope section. We use only spare parts from renowned manufacturers in original equipment quality. The elimination of the following factory-related sources of error leads to a significant extension of the lifetime.
No oil consumption in the long term: The pistons we use, in combination with innovative piston rings, prevent permanent oil entry into the combustion chamber of the engine.
