The work carried out on this engine includes not only the renewal of all wear parts, screws, and seals, as well as the machining of the flat and running surfaces, but also the replacement of components that are factory-installed with Vulnerabilities are occupied and the Limit the lifetime of the motor.

  • Upgrade oil pump
    The biggest weakness of this engine is its oil pump, which does not generate enough oil pressure from the factory and repeatedly leads to failures. Without sufficient oil pressure, error messages, rattling noises, and loss of power quickly become apparent and almost always result in engine damage. For this reason, we rely on a specially developed oil pump that maintains the oil pressure in every speed range increases and protects the engine from wear.
  • Alignment of the storage aisle 
    With increasing mileage, the crankshaft bearing seats of the aluminum engine block shift, so that a perfect alignment of the bearings can no longer be guaranteed, leading to engine damage.   • High-quality bearing shells
    In the course of the overhaul, all components are precisely measured and processed. In combination with high-quality bearing shells, this engine is also perfectly suited for the sporty driver.
  • The right cylinder running track
    Over time, different cylinder liners have been used. On the one hand, stable cast iron sleeves, but on the other hand, susceptible plasma or AluSil coatings, which tend to form grooves after a short mileage and affect the compression of the engines. We use only cast iron cylinder liners to extend the lifetime of the engine.
