Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 10 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Advantages of the oil pump kit:

    • Problem solved: "No more noises and dropouts in the lower speed range"
    • Problem solved: "No oil pressure control light when the engine is warm"
    • Can be installed plug & play (no drilling or thread cutting is necessary)
    • Integrated oil pressure control
    • The oil pressure characteristic is optimized (different translation)
    • The oil pressure at idle is increased (no more noise from the camshaft adjustment area)

      Error codes: “Camshaft adjustment” & “Knock sensor”

      In the lower speed range, the EA888 motor tends to bitch a bit. Misfires and rattling noises from the camshaft adjuster area are often the result of troubleshooting. The reason is that the oil pressure is too low when idling and up to 2000 rpm. This is over now!

      For our kit we use an oil pump from Pierburg and equip it with a smaller sprocket. This means that the oil pressure increases when idling by approx. 20% to 1.2 - 1.5 bar (when the engine is at operating temperature). As the speed increases, an integrated pressure control valve regulates the oil pressure and limits it to a maximum of 5-6 bar. This ensures that your engine is supplied with enough oil at all times.

      Installation in 2 hours:

      When developing the kit, emphasis was placed on ensuring that assembly was quick and easy and that there was no risk to the "engine" system. For example, we do not use an oil filter housing for pressure regulation or additional holes, which produce unnecessary contamination.
