Die Überprüfung von Injektoren und Hochdruckpumpe ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Wartung eines dieselbetriebenen Fahrzeugs. Nach einer Laufleistung von 100.000km, sollte das Einspritzsystem fachgerecht überprüft werden, damit es nicht zu einer schadhaften Verbrennung und folglich zu einem Motorschaden kommt.
Wir überprüfen:
- Prüfung von Injektoren auf äußere Beschädigungen
- Reinigung im Ultraschallverfahren
- Überprüfung des Sprühbildes jedes einzelnen Injektors
- Kontrolle der Leck-Ölmenge
- Überprüfung der Hochdruckpumpe auf Beschädigungen
- Druckprüfung der Hochdruckpumpe
Wir liefern:
- Injektoren und Hochdruckpumpe gereinigt und geprüft
- Ein Messprotokoll über die Prüfung der Bauteile
- Eine Empfehlung über Erneuerung oder Instandsetzung der Bauteile
Dieses Angebot gilt für alle gängigen Hersteller von Injektoren und Hochdruckpumpen. Die Prüfung wird innerhalb von 1-3 Tagen durchgeführt.
