Dear Customer, we regret that there have been issues with one of our products. Please fill out this application legibly and send it to us. After an initial review, we will inform you about the next steps. In the meantime, please do not undertake any work that has not been approved by us.

To process the complaint, we need the defective goods returned for inspection. In the case of exchange engines, we require the entire vehicle for error analysis in the event of a complaint. By submitting this application, you agree that the collection of the goods and/or the vehicle will be carried out by us and that you waive a rental car/mobility service. If the cause of the damage is not due to the delivered product, we consider this application as a confirmation of the order for the transport of the complained goods/the vehicle. We will send you a corresponding fixed price offer for any potential costs related to this application in advance. No additional costs will be incurred without prior agreement.
